Daniil Kharms (1905 – 1936) was a brilliant Russian absurdist poet and a classic of children's literature. The poem "Million" (1930) is about Soviet pioneers marching through the streets and squares. But you won't even find the word "pioneer" here. "Million" is not an ideological poem, but just a fun children's counting rhyme. https://www.intorussian.slavistik.uni-muenchen.de/stories #intorussian #learningrussian #reading
