Features: --- Made of stainless steel for better durability, corrosion resistance and hygiene. -- ZENYER 301A egg processing line is comprised of ZENYER 201A egg washer, the 604B conveyor and the 102B egg grader. -- Including single row feeding roller, sanitizer, brush washing and drying, UV sterilizing, candling, grading, and optional 604AS accumulator, 602 vacuum egg lifter and ZENYER egg printer with a capacity of 5000 eggs/hour. -- Eggs are vacuum lifted and loaded onto the 604AS accumulator by using the 602 vacuum egg lifter and then the accumulator will transport eggs to single row egg washing system. -- Only need half-labour for egg loading if choose the accumulator and vacuum egg lifter upon request. -- Can be installed either in a straight line, or in a right hand turning, or a left hand turning based on the room space of your shed.
