25 июля в Манеже прошла лекция «Приближение бессмертия» Михаила Батина при участии Светланы Бозровой и Виктории Черникович — специалистов сообщества Открытое долголетие, Разработывающего лекарство от старости. На лекции слушатели узнали о: клеточной терапии, генном редактировании и нуклеиновых кислот. Мы также обсудили перспективы развития технологий «антистарения» и узнали, каких прорывов нам ждать от ученых в ближайшее время. Лекция сопровождалась переводом на русский жестовый язык. Партнер просветительской программы Манежа — Фонд Михаила Баженова. ||||||||||| On July 25, Manege hosted a discussion entitled "The Imminence of Immortality", conducted by Svetlana Bozrova, Viktoria Chernikovich, and Mikhail Batin, three experts from the Open Longevity Group, an organization dedicated to developing antidotes to aging. Listeners at the lecture learned about cell therapy, gene editing, and nucleic acid therapy. The speakers also discussed development prospects for anti-aging technologies and what breakthroughs we might expect from scientists in the near future. Main speaker Svetlana Bozrova is a candidate of biological sciences, biochemicist, and academic director of the Department for Countering Aging at Open Longevity. Also participating were Victoria Chernikovich (cosmobiologist and artist, scientific illustrator, and head of the Visualization Department at Open Legacy) and Open Longevity CEO Mikhail Batin.
