Channel link: https://www.youtube.com/c/СтарыйВидак ____________________ The animated series "The Mask" is a cheeky mockery not only of the superhero genre but of pop culture as a whole. Over three seasons, the hero travels to the future, challenges the devil to a dance match, defeats a host of strange opponents, builds a career in the US military and government, and, most importantly, makes everyone who wishes him the worst feel like a loser. This video tells the story of the series' creation and highlights its most poignant moments. ____________________ Clips: The Mask (1994) The Mask (1995-1997) ____________________ 1:02 – The Mask comics 2:07 – Cartoon characters 3:02 – Rob Paulsen as Stanley 3:23 – The all-powerful hero 4:18 – Obsession with underwear 5:38 – The Mask as a careerist 6:11 – Poor Stanley 6:47 – Cartoon villains 8:07 – Therapy for villains 8:26 – The Mask in Hell 8:30 – Coco Bongo 9:02 – Planet of the Apes parody 9:24 – References 10:08 – The Mask and Ace Ventura 11:12 – Bonus burp
